my baby toe is broken or bruised ... PLEASE HELP?

I was in taekwondo and I was doing my form and I got this one part, and my baby toe incorrectly folded and bent my leg and hurt soooooooooo bad! and I shook it off, it is red and very sore. broken my big toe before. but it hurts really bad to walk, and if I stand still, it just happens to not be so bad. What do I do???? Do not say go to the doctor today cause I was get the picture, and I'm only 14 and I intend to place at the same time. PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!! THANK YOU! Hello ... I know that going to the doctor really sucks. I hate it too much, and it really makes me so nervous that I sometimes think I would have almost prefer to be a pain, regardless of injury or illness, I have anxiety instead of going to a doctor to treat it! LOL. Yeah, I know where you are coming from. You can little toe can be shared, but usually the toes, they can not, of course, throw them or anything, so you do not have to worry about it. it can only help Go to a doctor ... Maybe they will tape it for you or they probably just assure you that you sprained it or something, and it may just happen again, but it does not have to worry about. leave today, and if it feels worse or the same tomorrow, the doctor's office to call and ask just to make a 10 minute name. Then when you leave you do not have to worry about! good luck - I hope it feels better. do not worry too much, ok? Ciao!
